Dahlia Tuber Sale Policies

Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re so grateful for your support and want you to have a successful growing season! We guarantee that your dahlia tuber will be true to type and will arrive in good condition with at least one visible eye. Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if you have any concerns. We’ll work with you to make it right. After 24 hours, the buyer assumes full responsibility.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for issues caused by pests, weather, improper growing or storage conditions, negligence, or plant performance. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

Shipping

We ship dahlia tubers across the USA (except Hawaii) via USPS, starting in April, or once freezing temperatures are no longer in the forecast.

Shipping Rates:

• 1–4 tubers: $12

• 5–20 tubers: $20

• 20+ tubers: $28

Combining Multiple Orders

If you’ve placed multiple orders and want them combined into a single shipment, send an email to ranchovillahomeandgarden@gmail.com with all your order numbers. We’ll refund excess shipping costs, minus a $5 processing fee.

Tuber Name Labeling Code

Tubers are labeled either with their full name or the initials of the variety. These initials will be listed on your packing slip for easy reference. If you need help identifying your tubers, feel free to email us at ranchovillahomeandgarden@gmail.com

Dahlia Virus

Dahlia viruses are unfortunately quite common, with studies by the American Dahlia Society indicating that 87% of healthy-looking dahlias may be infected with at least one virus. Even experts can’t always identify viruses without testing, and a plant that appears healthy one year may develop symptoms the next.
