Dahlia Tuber ReFund Policy:

•    Shipping Schedule:

Tubers will ship once weather conditions allow for safe shipping.

If you would like your tubers shipped right away, please email us at ranchovillahomeandgarden@gmail.com after placing your order.

If you would like additional orders combined with your first order, there will be a $3 combining fee.

 •    Arrival Inspection:

Please inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival.

If you have any concerns, contact Rancho Villa Home and Garden at ranchovillahomeandgarden@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

 •    Quality & Responsibility:

Rancho Villa Home and Garden uses strict sanitation practices between each plant and removes any plants suspected of virus, disease, or underperformance.

Due to the many variables once tubers are planted, refunds cannot be issued for virus, gall, or plant performance later in the season.

We also cannot be held responsible for any losses related to weather, natural conditions, or storage after shipment.
